Safety rules for Bubble Football & Archery Tag Benidorm

1. General Safety Principles

Every session is run by an experienced instructor who explains the rules before starting. All players must listen to the briefing and follow instructions during the activity.

  • Always follow the instructor’s directions.
  • Respect other players at all times.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
  • No dangerous behaviour or tackles from behind.
  • If something feels unsafe, tell the instructor instantly.

2. Bubble Football Safety Rules

Bubble Football is high-energy and very physical, but the bubbles protect you from head to knees. To keep it safe and fun for everyone:

  • Keep both hands on the inside handles of the bubble.
  • Do not remove the harness or climb out during play.
  • No head-first diving, no spearing and no tackles from behind.
  • Only bump players who are standing and looking in your direction.
  • Do not bump players who are on the floor or getting up.
  • Wear trainers or sports shoes – no metal studs.
  • Glasses should be removed or replaced with sports goggles if possible.

Our window bubbles offer better visibility and ventilation, making play safer and more comfortable, especially in warm weather.

3. Archery Tag Safety Rules

Archery Tag uses foam-tipped arrows and face protection. When everyone follows the rules, it is a very safe and controlled activity.

  • Masks or goggles must be worn at all times on the field.
  • Never shoot at someone without a mask.
  • Only use the bows and arrows provided by us.
  • Do not modify equipment or remove safety parts.
  • Only shoot from inside the marked play area.
  • No shooting at close range directly at the head on purpose.

4. Alcohol & Health Conditions

We understand most stag and hen groups will be drinking during the weekend. However, for safety reasons:

  • Heavily intoxicated players are not allowed to participate.
  • Anyone under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to play.
  • Players with serious back, neck, heart or joint problems should not take part.
  • Pregnant women must not participate in Bubble Football or Archery Tag.

When in doubt, we always recommend talking to a doctor before joining any impact or physical activity.

5. Age, Responsibility and Group Leaders

  • Minimum recommended age is usually 12–13 years old, depending on the activity.
  • All under-18s must have an adult present and supervising.
  • Each group must have a responsible organiser who communicates with our instructor.

Is Bubble Football dangerous?

Like any physical sport, there is a small risk of bumps and minor injuries, but with our rules, window bubbles and an experienced instructor, the activity is very safe for most healthy adults.

What happens if someone gets hurt?

The instructor will stop the game immediately, assess the situation and decide whether to pause or modify the activity. Most issues are minor and resolved with a short break.

Can we still play if we have different fitness levels?

Yes. We adapt game intensity, make frequent rotations and offer breaks so everyone can participate at their own pace.
